I was there

Witnessed a truly historic event on Saturday. I was there when Liz cast off the last stitches on her amazing shawl (I was also there on the train to the wilds of Yorkshire as she bravely fought her way through an edging pattern that had 14 different rows in it). Not being a very good cheerleader I just gawped but happily other people were there to give her a resounding round of applause. (We were at SkipNorth, a wonderful knitting weekend in Haworth).
